Designing a food truck will never be easy because I have so many ideas that I could use but I'm trying to make a mobile food truck that is very noticeable but looks good to draw more customers to me and hopefully bring business to the truck!
Having a buffet in a food truck is a perfect way to start off a business just because it gives people more of an option to choose coming from foods they already know and love but also to venture out and try new foods they've never tried or seen before. This I feel benefits people because I can provide foods that can fit anyone personality on what they like, it gives them more choices to choose from and have a great experience for their first time.
 A new generation of street-food lovers is lining up at food trucks and food carts like never before. Little do they know that neither food trucks nor food carts are new to the streets of American cities. Like so many other popular trends, they are the latest version of a long-standing part of American and world culture. Food-industry observers claim that the food-truck business is increasing largely in response to the slow-growing economy. People are seeking inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. Also, employees today are often pressed for time, with more work and shorter lunch hours. These factors make the mobile-food concept more appealing than ever.
